Once medical students.
Now doctors. And founders.
Andreas and Amandeep met during medical school — and both experienced firsthand how confusing, unequal, and fragmented the path into medicine can be. They didn't set out to build a company. They built the tools they wished had existed.

The dream of medicine brought them together.
Andreas and Amandeep met while studying medicine — and both experienced firsthand how difficult it was to navigate admissions, understand real costs, and find a credible path forward. What began as helping classmates navigate medical education pathways slowly became platforms used by hundreds of thousands of future doctors across Europe and Asia.
They built what they wished had existed when they were students. Not as consultants — but as two people who had lived the problem themselves. Both are qualified doctors, and that clinical perspective shapes every product decision they make.
We didn't start with a business plan. We started with a problem we had lived ourselves.

When the world stood still, they built a network of 20,000.
When the pandemic hit, Andreas and Amandeep founded match4healthcare — connecting thousands of volunteers with overwhelmed hospitals across Germany. Supported by the Federal Ministry of Health and acknowledged by the German Federal President.
This crisis awakens our deepest fears. But it also brings out the best in us. The medical student Amandeep Grewal from Reutlingen created an online platform in record time that connects medical students with clinics and practices — that is exactly the kind of response we need.

Amandeep is the visionary force behind futuredoctor Group — always thinking three steps ahead about where medical education is going and where the group needs to be. As CEO, he sets the strategic direction, identifies new opportunities, and pushes the group into new markets, products, and partnerships. Where others see complexity, he sees the next move.

Andreas is the engine behind the group — the person who takes an idea from whiteboard to live product and keeps it running. Studying medicine in Bratislava gave him a front-row seat to everything broken about the system. Now he coordinates across engineering, marketing, and operations teams to make sure nothing slips, nothing stalls, and every platform ships.

Nils is the person students and partners actually talk to — and he takes that seriously. As Head of Student Success, he makes sure the experience on the other side of every platform is not just functional but genuinely good. He listens, follows up, and holds the group accountable to the promises its products make.
Getting into medicine is hard enough — a broken system shouldn't make it harder. We've spent years building the tools to make the path clearer: from calculating admission odds and cracking entrance exams, to landing a university place abroad and completing clinical rotations. Eight platforms. One continuous journey.
Shaping the new generation of healthcare.
